شروعی تازه


دوستان خوب و مهربانم بلاخره بعد از حدود ۲ ماه غیبت برگشتم  دو ماهی که با اندازه ۲ سال گذشت با اینکه یک سالی بود که درسم تموم شده بود ولی نمیدونم چرا دست و دلم واسه انجام کارای نهایی نمیرفت ولی بلاخره این مرحله هم تمام شد و الان دوران نقاهت بعد اتمام تحصیلات را میگذرانم. البته این دوران دوامی نداره و به زودی کار جدیدم رو شروع میکنم . 
از تمام دوستان عزیزی  که بلوگ منوتو این مدت  مورد لطف قرار دادن و کامنت گذاشتن بی نهایت سپاسگزارم و عذر خواهی منو بپذیرین که کامنت هاتون بی جواب مونده همرو دراولین فرصت جواب میدم. ضمنا به  زودی با کلی کارای جدید بر میگردم.

I'm Proshat, the queen behind Proshat Kitchen. I've never attended a cooking class, although I'd love to. My cooking knowledge mostly comes from my lovely mom, a master chef in our family, and also leaning by doing. I really love this wonderful science and I'm still fascinated by it. I’m a senior researcher in energy and economy, recently finished my Ph.D. So I am not an expert cook, please do not refer my blog as a professional source.
