یه مدل دیگه از رولت قارچ و گوشت

















خمیر پیراشکی را قبلا اینجا توضیح دادم. ضمن میتونین از خمیر های آماده  هم استفاده کنین

فقط مواد داخل پیراشکی میتونه به دلخواه شما تغییر کنه اینبار من گوشت چرخ کرده رو با پیاز تفت دادم به اضافه ادویه و رب گوجه. کاملا سرخ کردم و داخل خمیر پیراشکی ریختم پنیر پیتزا یادتون نره. روی پیراشکی رو شیر بمالید و کره داخل با فویل نیم ساعت با حرارت ۲۲۰ س و ۱۵ دقیقه بدون فویل


میتونید قارچ و فلفل سبز هم به این مواد اضافه کنید
