این هم ی مدل بورک که من به ان کمی گردو اضافه کردم . خمیر مخصوص این دیش  یوفکا نامیده میشود دراکثر  مغازه های ترکی هم موجود است 
پنیر سفید را با کامی آب و روغن و جعفری خورد شده قاطیکنید روی خمیر بمالید و خمیر را  رول کنید. روی خمیر را هم خامه یا زرده تخم مرغ بمالید. داخل فر ۱۷۵ درجه بیست دقیقه تا نیم ساعت

خیلی عالیه.....جالبه ها...نخندی....من اینو درست می کردم نمی دونستم اسمش بورکه..میگفتم رولت سیزیجات!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm Proshat, the queen behind Proshat Kitchen. I've never attended a cooking class, although I'd love to. My cooking knowledge mostly comes from my lovely mom, a master chef in our family, and also leaning by doing. I really love this wonderful science and I'm still fascinated by it. I’m a senior researcher in energy and economy, recently finished my Ph.D. So I am not an expert cook, please do not refer my blog as a professional source.
