تارت میوه












خمیر ۲     رو آماده کنید  من اینجا نصف پیمانه کمتر ارد ریختم به جاش آرد بادام اضافه کردم پس میشه یک ونیم پیمانه آرد،  نیم پیمانه آرد بادام
  داخل فر به مدت ۲۰ دقیقه با حرارت ۲۰۰ سانتیگراد حتما ۱۵دقیقه  اول روی تارت رو با فویل بپو شانید تا زیاد برشته نشه


     وانیلا سوس یا کرم پاتیستر را آماده کنین 
تارت که آماده و سرد شد سوس  رو توی تارت بریزید بعد میوه هارو  روش بچیند میتونید ژله بیرنگ هم درست کنید و ۱۵ دقیقه توی یخچال بذرید کمی‌ که سفت شد البته نه خیلی‌ . اون رو روی توت فرنگی‌‌ها بریزید و داخل یخچال بگذارید تا سفت بشه.

Bah bah bah Jeerjeerak aziz hala fahmidam chetor bayad peydat konam. aslan kojaei dikhtar nisti........man kafie ye tart bezaram ta tor peyda konam.

I'm Proshat, the queen behind Proshat Kitchen. I've never attended a cooking class, although I'd love to.
