قبل از پخت

















با گردو چرخ شده زرشک، زعفران سبزی معطر مثل ریحان، پونه، ترخون و رزماری

پودر سیر یا خود سیر، و البته رب انار میتونید کره رو مدام در طول پخت در فر روی ماه بمالید با درجه حرارت ۲۰۰درجه سانتیگراد و حد اکثر ۲۰ تا ۲۵ دقیقه یادتون نره حتما زعفران آب کرده و شراب سفید و آبلیمو هم داخل ظرف قبل پخت بریزید
