با ۳ پیمانه آرد شروع کنید
  آب نیم گرم ۱.۵ پیمانه + نمک و کمی روغن زیتون. اینقدر ورز میدین تا لطیف بشه یادتون باشه زیاد آرد اضافه نکنین چون نون خشک میشه

بعد بلافاصله میتونین یه  تابه رو روی گاز بذرید تا داغ بشه و خمیر پهن شده رو توش بندازید سریع شروع میکنه به پف کردن کمی که برشته شد بر میگردونین طرف دیگرو میندازید
اگه میخواین زمان بیشتری نون بمونه با فرچه روش کمی کاره بمالید یا کمتر برشته کنید

I'm Proshat, the queen behind Proshat Kitchen. I've never attended a cooking class, although I'd love to. My cooking knowledge mostly comes from my lovely mom, a master chef in our family, and also leaning by doing. I really love this wonderful science and I'm still fascinated by it. I’m a senior researcher in energy and economy, recently finished my Ph.D. So I am not an expert cook, please do not refer my blog as a professional source.
